Feta cheese mixed with thick yoghurt turns into an excellent spread that goes well with crispy bread slices ‘Bon Crisp’.
50 g of feta cheese
150 ml of Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
a handful of fresh dill
crispy bread slices ‘Bon Crisp’
To prepare the sauce, mash feta cheese with a fork, pour the yoghurt and mix until the sauce becomes solid. Add some lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill and ground pepper to taste. As feta cheese is salty, add salt carefully. Serve with crispy bread slices ‘Bon Crisp’.
