Excellent taste and aroma Thai seafood soup.
Olive oil
300 g of seafood mix
1 litre of chicken broth
400 ml of coconut milk
2 table spoons of fish dressing Assorti
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger root
2 table spoons of red curry paste
1 table spoon of lemon grass paste
1 table spoon of Mayonnaise Vilnius
6 champignons
200 g glass of pasta
salt, pepper
2 table spoons of lemon juice
Served with:
BON CHANCE bread crisps
chilli pepper
fresh coriander
black sesame seeds

Heat the pan in the barbecue kettle, add oil and put the seafood mix.
Bake for several minutes and add fine chopped garlic and ginger, curry paste, lemon grass paste, mayonnaise and bake for another several minutes by mixing everything.
Pour the broth to the pot, add fine chopped champignons, the content of the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Put pasta to the pot and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk, fish dressing, squeeze some lemon juice.
Add some salt and pepper according to the taste.
Serve with BON JOY bread crisps.
