Very tasteful sauces that goes well with bread crisp ‘BON JOY’.
Creamy garlic and curd dip
Ingredients:
- 1 pack low-fat curd;
- 1 garlic clove;
- several fresh oregano or basil twigs;
- 100 ml milk;
- some salt and pepper.
Put curd and crushed garlic into a blender, pour the milk, sprinkle with salt, pepper and blend everything for 15-20 seconds. If too dry – pour some more milk. Then chop the fresh herbs (for me fresh oregano is the tastiest) finely and add to the curd cream. Serve with onion-flavoured Bon Joy bread crisps.
Cheddar cheese sauce
- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon corn starch;
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil;
- 100 g cheddar cheese;
- 200 ml milks;
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese;
- some salt and pepper;
- several drops very hot sauce.
Heat the oil or melt the butter in a pan. Then put corn starch, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour the milk and boil, while stirring with a whisk, for 7-8 minutes on medium heat until the milk thickens. Then put the grated cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, hot sauce and stir until the cheese melts. Serve while still warm. I really liked this sauce with garlic-flavoured Bon Joy brown bread crisps.
Nut butter sauce with honey
Ingredients:
- 150 ml natural yoghurt;
- 3 tablespoons nut butter;
- 1 tablespoon honey.
Whip all the ingredients and serve with sweet snacks or fruit.
