Almost every restaurant around the globe. There are many versions of the serving of the crab, and in the case of the ‘Bon Chance’
2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon of lime juice
half teaspoon of salt
half of red onion
half teaspoon of chilli flakes
crispy bread slices ‘Bon Chance’
Use only soft and well ripened avocados, cut them in half, remove the pit and flesh with a spoon. Add lime juice to the flesh of avocado to prevent it from darkening and mash well with a fork.
Fine chop the red onion and rinse under the running water, dry well with a paper towel and place to the mashed avocados. Add salt, chilli flakes and ground pepper to the spread and mix well. Serve with crispy bread slices ‘Bon Crisp’.
