This savoury spread was inspired by the good old savoury mix with eggs, cheese and mayonnaise.
It is best prepared with smoked cheese ‘Medžiotojų’ that provides the spread with the taste of smoke and spicy flavour. You can try thick Greek yoghurt instead of high-fat mayonnaise.
Ingredients
2 hard-boiled eggs
50 g of smoked cheese ‘Medžiotojų’
2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
pepper and salt to taste
a package of bread crisps ‘Bon Chance’
Preparation
Fine grate the hard-boiled eggs. Do the same with smoked cheese and mix well together.
Mix yoghurt with fine-chopped garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour the prepared souce on grated eggs and cheese and mix well. Serve with bread crisps ‘Bon Chance’.
