A simple green salad with mixed greens, fresh veggies, juicy fruits and Bread crisps BON CHANCE!
Try these easy main dish salad recipes for a smart lunch or weeknight dinner.
100 g cherry tomatoes
50 g beetroot leaves or other favourite lettuce
1 small cucumber
2 tablespoons of grated hard cheese
2-3 sprigs of fresh basil
200 g mozzarella cheese
60 g mustard and honey-flavoured bread crisps “Bon Chance”
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 slice of garlic
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
a pinch of salt and pepper
Tear the mozzarella cheese into small pieces by hand, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put everything in the salad bowl. Add the beetroot leaves or lettuce, grated hard cheese and crushed basil into the same bowl. Cut the cucumber along, clean the seeds with a teaspoon and cut in small pieces. Cut the peach in half, remove the stone and cut into thin slices. Add the cucumber pieces, peach slices and bread crisps into the salad bowl.
In a separate bowl, carefully mix the finely chopped garlic with the remaining dressing ingredients. Add the ready dressing on the salad and mix it.
