Rich soup of expressive taste and smell with ginger, cocoa milk and bread crisps BON JOY.
This silky texture soup is excellent for easy-to-cook dinner or to ensure a necessary warmth during cold winter evenings. Don’t be afraid to experiment and try something new!
5 cups of chopped carrots
1 table spoon of mayonnaise ‘Vilnius’
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 slices of garlic
1 small spoon of shredded ginger
1/2 lime juice
1 onion
1 small spoon of dried thyme (‘Sauda’ spices)
400 ml of cocoa milk
900 ml of vegetable broth
1/2 small spoon of pepper
3/4 small spoon of salt
1 table spoon of olive oil
BON JOY bread crisps
Pour some oil, put chopped carrots, onion, sugar and mayonnaise into a pot, remix and bake for 5-6 minutes.
Add fine-crushed garlic, ginger and boil for another 4-5 minutes.
Pour the broth, add spices and thyme to taste and boil for approximately 20 minutes.
Blend everything with a blender.
Add cocoa milk, lime juice, decorate with bread crisps and enjoy!
